Bridges Class Week Three Location

We will be meeting by the E. Washington bridge, which is new and has an underpass for bikers and walkers. It can be viewed from either side of the river, from inside the tunnel or from four outside angles.  Lots of choices.  There may even be a fisherman underneath.
